Scenic Route Sports is a 501(c)(3) youth sports organization in Lubbock, Texas, providing affordable and accessible athlete programs for children from homeschool, charter, and private school backgrounds. Scenic Rotue Sports and Texas Surge has the largest home school cross country program in west Texas, indoor and outdoor Track and Field, Volleyball, and Olympic Weightlifting, and Elementary PE and Pre-Athetics options. As a leading homeschool sports organization, we focus on creating inclusive opportunities for all young athletes to participate, develop skills, and grow in their favorite sports. In addition to athlete programs, we offer coach training to ensure high-quality guidance and support for every team and player. Our mission is to champion youth access to sports and build a thriving community for athletes and coaches alike. We provide sports camps, cross country camps, homeschool sports programs, and athletic opportunities specifically designed for homeschool students and families. We serve charter schools, homeschool communities, and private schools that do not have access to organized sports teams. Our programs include Cross Country, Track and Field, Weightlifting, and Volleyball. Our coaches are experienced, trained, and sport-certified professionals who bring both knowledge and passion to each program. They are certified specifically in the sports they coach, ensuring athletes receive high-quality instruction, skill development, and mentorship in a positive and competitive environment.
