This program welcomed athletes of all skill and experience levels, and every participant rose to the challenge, showing incredible growth and commitment.

Some of the accomplishments:

  1. Average of 28 lbs. increase in the 1RM on the bench press
  2. Average of 70 lbs. increase in the 1RM on the back squat
  3. Improved coordination across the board

  5. Ages ranged from 11-50 years old
  6. 25 total athletes served
