Trail Running

Trail running is a fun alternative to running on the roads.  It’s easier on your joints, provides variations in your normal running pattern and gait, and slows you down a bit for the same effort level.  This makes trail running a great option for off-season cross training, injury prevention, or burn out prevention.  

Join us this summer as we hit the trails!  All ages and abilities welcome to run and/or hike. There is no cost.
